01:49 am: 10 Resons for streightedge
lately ive been getting alot of "why are you streightedge?" i guess because ive been hanging around a lot of people who drink or smoke. i dont know if i would consider my self SxE. i take sips of beer occationally to get people to shut up or out of curiosity when someone says "this beer is really good". it never is though. and yes i drank and smoked pot a long time ago. its fucking overrated. anyways:

• i dont like the way people act when they are fucked up
• i dont like how practically everything is strongly influenced by drugs or alchohol
• it weakens your mind
• addiction
• depression
• alchohol and cigarette companies are twats
• physical health
• i dont want to change because of outside forces
• keeping my head streight and using my own mind
• playing silly games is way cooler
• its different. a kid who doesnt smoke or drink is more shocking than one who does

i think my old friend ian said it best when he said:

01:55 am: this and that
the appartment is alright. i think it lacks personality though.
like when people come in they arent gonna be like "whoa this place is sweet"
itll be more like "hey this is a place"

im sick of college. already. ive been going for a little over 2 months. next semester ill probably just take a couple of classes that might not suck so bad or maybe just not go to school.

ive been feeling pretty down lately. it seems like a wave of sadness has swept over witty banter records. sick of this, sick of that. sick of waiting for death but not having the energy or will power to do anything about it.

the Acidic Jews? its a pretty funny band name but i think we could do better. me and cam are gonna start a folk punk side project. we might get diane on the fiddle!

i want to leave rhode island. ive never been west. ive been on the east coast my entire life.

i want to climb a mountain. i want to live in the woods.

i want to fight for my life.

im going to attempt to learn how to pick locks. (will i could use your expertise!)
because any good swashbuckler should know. i also need to learn how to sword fight better.

being serious sucks, but sometimes you have to be. being silly is much better.

why did everybody take up smoking? i dont see the benefit

remember our idea to start a circus? we should go through with that.
we have alot of ideas we dont follow up.

09:53 pm: A Deeper Look: the rambles of a lonely boy
today i was teleported to a world of thought.

when a child is out of passion, that's when their soul fades into adulthood.
a world of boredom, moneymaking, and normalcy.
all things that i hate.

i realized this after feeling an old energy in my inards. i was almost defeated by lack of interest. but then this energy came and kicked me in the face.

so i thought.
and thought.
what is my passion? whats left to be passionate for?

i have always loved fighting. since i can remember ive dreamed of fighting monsters and the like.
i've also wanted to adventure. not by car or plane of course. just walking somewhere really far and live in the woods for a little while.
all of my friends are one of my passions. there were many people i would gladly die for without thinking twice. that number has dwindled but theres still some left. i want to be important to somebody.

i love the wind. i want to go to mt washington because it is supposedly the windiest place around. i think im going to walk there this summer if anyone wants to come.
